Service Standards

What Makes Litra PoolCare Different

The aim is to keep pool service consistent from one visit to the next. That includes testing the water, checking the equipment in use, and noting anything that may need attention before it turns into a larger maintenance issue.

Measured water testing

We test the water before adjusting chemicals. That helps avoid over-correcting chlorine and pH and keeps changes closer to what the pool actually needs.

Clear visit notes after service

After each visit, you can see what was checked, what was adjusted, and what may need attention next.

Routine equipment checks

We keep an eye on pressure, flow, leaks and unusual noise so smaller issues can be picked up earlier.

Insured service work

Public liability insurance is in place, with the Certificate of Currency available for customers who need to verify coverage.

What Is Covered on Routine Visits

Water balance check: chlorine and pH adjusted to suit conditions and bather load.
Skimming and surface clean: debris removal to reduce staining and algae risk.
Basket and pump inspection: leaf baskets cleared; quick visual check for leaks and unusual noise.
Filter health check: pressure and flow noted; cleaning or backwash advised when needed.
Equipment settings: timers and run-time reviewed for season, heat and usage patterns.
Notes for the owner: what to monitor before the next visit and which maintenance items should be planned ahead.

Exact checks can vary by pool type, equipment setup and seasonal conditions.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Vlad at Litra PoolCare is an absolute legend! Quick responses, really informative, showed up when he said he would, and charged fairly. He helped de-winterise/restore our pool and installed a chlorinator for us, and we couldn't be happier with the work he did. He will be the only call I ever make for our pool needs going forward. Highly recommend.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent, reliable pool maintenance

When I first hired Vlad, my pool was green and in bad shape, it needed a full drain and deep acid clean to strip the algae off the walls and base. He handled it all and had it back to a clean, fully operational standard in no time.

That first impression was enough for me to keep him on for ongoing monthly maintenance, and it's been the best decision. He's consistent about checking chemical levels and keeping everything balanced. Over a year later, my pool looks the best it has in over 20 years.

Highly recommend Vlad to anyone who wants a pool guy who actually knows what he's doing and shows up reliably. Thanks, Vlad!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Vlad was on time, on budget and, most importantly, achieved the result we wanted -- turning the Black Lagoon in our backyard into a swimming pool once again. Vlad was thoroughly professional throughout, explained clearly what our options were, and always kept us informed on progress. I highly recommend Vlad and his team.
