Terms of Service

1) Scope

We provide professional pool water testing and balancing, routine cleaning, chemical supply, and related works for residential and commercial pools across Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula.

2) Quotes & scheduling

Quotes and service windows rely on the information you provide. Final pricing may be adjusted after on-site assessment (e.g., true pool volume, water condition, filtration status, shock-treatment needs).

3) Client responsibilities

  • Ensure safe and timely access to the site during the agreed window.
  • Provide accurate details about the pool and equipment.
  • Follow post-service instructions and safety guidance we provide.

4) Payments & cancellations

Invoices are payable per the terms stated on the invoice. Please notify cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance; late cancellations may incur a call-out fee.

5) Chemicals & risks

We use recommended dosages and certified reagents. If you independently add chemicals purchased for self-use, you accept responsibility for following directions. Improper dosing can cause water imbalance or surface/equipment damage.

6) Liability

To the extent permitted under Victorian law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the most recent service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or events beyond our control (e.g., power outages, third-party works, extreme weather).

7) Site content & IP

Text, images, and branding on this site are owned by Litra PoolCare or used under licence. Unauthorised copying or commercial use is prohibited.

8) Changes

We may update these Terms and the Privacy Policy periodically. The revision date appears at the top; continued use indicates acceptance of the updated version.

9) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria and Australia. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith discussions; failing that, they may be brought before the courts of Victoria.
